cliche

whilst i had a great associate mentor and mentor and some of the experienced nurses were great. my last placement had a cliche of nice to your face but backstabbing nurses. I got sined off as passed by the associate however this needs countersigned, i'm waiting till wednesay to ot back to placement for my mentor to return from hoilday, i've been told they both had agreed i'd passed before she went on a/l.

for nurses qualifed within the last 2 years or less they forgot what its like to be a student wantin to learn but far from perfect and posed. what i've learned again is how not to treat a student. its very sad that nursin is like this.

i submit my paperwork to the board on wednesday so just hope my personal tutor is available wednesday get signed off and hand porfolio in

i finish Friday, no start date on new job as crb hasn't cleared

but can only start on the 1st and 3rd Monday of the month at the trust.

the perceptorship fortnight starts on the 15th and i'll phone hr on Monday if my crb clears this week I'm hoping they will start me immediately.

heard from the hospital no start date but should be the 15th crb has been dispatched however due to staffing have been moved wards

now alloacted the elderly rehab. never did rehab as a student sliped through the net so now have no idea what i'm in for
