what other classes can I take?

I have current cna, cmt and chha. I also have als cpr and first aid. I have a job as a med tech at an assisted living home for the elderly. I am a single mom and I believe that educating myself is the key to successfully supporting my family. What other education and or certification could I possibly take to further myself and still stay in my current feild. I actually do love working with the elderly and anyone else that truly needs care. What should be my next educattion challenge?
