Circulating in San Francisco

I currently circulate in a Level 1 trauma OR but plan to move out to San Francisco in April next year because that’s where my fiancé lives. I have only been in the OR 1.5 yrs so far and have so much anxiety about moving. I have experience in every specialty except CVOR but I do not scrub and I know a lot of hospitals out there expect nurses to scrub and circulate. I want to know what experience people have had out there and what they expect from you as a travel nurse.

I do not want opinions about San Francisco or my relationship, please keep it strictly professional. Looking for as much positivity as possible because I have so much anxiety about moving and I am considering staying here another year, which he is not thrilled about.
