CHPN

I would like to start studying for the CHPN exam. Would you recommend the CHPN exam secrets as well as the other study guide? Do you have any tips to help me prepare? What really helped me study for boards was the cd that came with the Saunders book. It helped me to get used to answering questions online. I wonder if there is anything like this with the CHPN exam?

If you have not done so already - get the core curriculum and the work book from HPNA - they just had a new edition come out.

I read the core compendium and the whole work book including the conversions.

I think that the "secrets" are not hard enough - the test is hard and based on the core curriculum.

There is also a practice test you can buy on the HPNA - I did the test before I actually started to study to get an idea where I was at.

Just get the HPNA book and study guide. If you study what is in their book, you will be prepared.
