Hello everyone! Has anyone heard anything about CHLA Spring 2026 cohort? When are they going to post the openings?

I'm so anxious about my interview. I feel like I'm replaying everything in my head! The next week is going to be so hard ? I feel like it went really well and it was very conversational, does anyone else feel that way too? ?

Yes I feel that too..LOL but also like maybe because they were just nice. I'm definitely replaying how I could've answered better and what I left out that I should've added! ? what unit did you interview with?

LOL it is what it is now. It's in their hands. And whatever is for us will be for us regardless!

If ED, or any other units are done, would you guys be willing to share any questions or types for the rest of the interviews

my interview in ED was mostly behavioral questions! the first was Tell us about yourself, why nursing and why ED and the rest were behavioral questions. I honestly backed out but it wasn't anything crazy

I hope everyone's interview week has gone well! Do we know when we'll hear back?

Same to you! So two parts..one with 2 supervisors..other with a 4 group panel. Two separate rooms. They were all really nice! They will ask you the same questions in each room. It was like 8 questions I believe. Basic..things you will know and be able to answer. 3 strengths of yours you will bring to the team..a weakness you have. Time where you made a mistake. What you did. Why CHLA, why NICCU. You got this Nurse K! May we get hired TOGETHER! ??

may I ask if this was done for a 30 min interview slot? I have a PICU interview coming up, I know its not NICCU but wondering if they somehow are able to fit 2 panels into one 30 min interview slot
