Hi, I was wondering if anyone knows where to send their transcripts. I am slightly confused with their instructions on their website.

Hey, when you go to the nursing cas site, they tell you to send them to nursing cas.

I just realized that the application period doesn't even end until October 8, so it might take longer to hear back than I expected.

Did you guys have letterheads on your volunteering and health-related work forms? I worked and volunteered for a small home-care facility and they didn't provide any letterheads but the the verification letter had a handwritten signature, the manager's name, their number, and the facility address and I'm hoping that would be enough.

Yes I did.

did anyone get something in the mail that says you have been accepted to Chico state? I think this is just for Chico state and not for the nursing program.

Hi Mari. Yes, my letter had a letterhead, but my company is quite decently sized. I would email them and tell them that your company does not provide letterhead just so they understand the situation.

I have not! I only received the email of acceptance into Chico State (not nursing); no letter mails here.

Does anyone know if we need to submit intent to attend for Chico nursing? If we accept we can no longer get a refund for the application fee.
