Chaffey ADN Fall 2023 Application

Hey I will be applying for Spring 2024. I if I did my math right my points will be in the 60's. but I don't have an ethnic studies class or Math 401 so I don't know how that will affect me.

I have 45 and did take ethnics as well as math 401. Keeping my fingers crossed as it says we should hear until Oct 23! You have some really nice overall points!

I have not. I plan on taking IF I get invited to! But I am studying for it!

I'm nervous. I have 41 point for phase 1. Did you guys apply to other programs?

Yes I've applied to Moorpark, College of the Canyons, Cal Baptist, Azusa Pacific, Loma Linda, and I plan to apply to Copper Mountain. Sadly most of the programs I wanted to apply for I didn't qualify for for one reason or another!

Chaffey college is the only college I applied to due to personal reasons (close by, works with my life schedule, etc).

I'm applying... I haven't submitted my application yet because my counseling appt isn't until 09/20. Just to confirm, is it mandatory to meet with a counselor before submitting the application, like are they going to fill out a form for us that we have to submit, or can we submit before meeting them? I already submitted an ADN multicriteria request form to admissions and records, and they completed it, but is there another document a counselor has to fill out for us to submit along with the application?

They said it is but there wasn't a paper that they had to fill out. You just needed the ADN multicriteria request form along with the other forms on the application if applicable!

Okay, thank you so much! Yeah I was looking through the site and reading all the forms, and I didn't see one specifically mandatory that requires a counselor to fill out, etc. Like you said, only the multicriteria form and any other form that is relevant to our specific application (language, work, certificates, licenses, volunteer, etc.).

Hey I just wanted to chime in as well. I had an appointment scheduled with a counselor, I ended up missing it and they left me a voicemail telling me to apply and that I didn't need anything from them. Also, the website made it sound less like a requirement and more of a recommended step.
