about CGFNS processing--sos!

im a new applicant for ces evaluation and im confuse with the cgfns processing.

do i need to pay first for the processing fee ($335) before i could submit the documents needed?

are these the only documents they require :request for transcript,request for validation of license, photo,payment?

whenever i call their customer service, it keep asking the applicant id number, im not sure i have it,or do i get it when i pay the full amount? or make an order???

if you want to apply and pay online, you can do so in their website with a creditcard. after a day or two, your cgfns id will be emailed to you. as well as the order number if you just ordered cgfns-ces processing.

you can also send all the required documents like hs diploma (if they require it), sealed transcript from your school, application form plus the money order payment (put them into a single envelope).

they will not process anything without a complete payment.
