CGFNS CVS issue

I am having a hard time dealing with CGFNS CVS. they told me that they mailed "TRANSCRIPT VALIDATION FORM" to my college but when I called my college they haven't received anything. I talked to CGFNS customer service but they are not willing to give me any information. They just told me they are going to send another regular mail. I asked them if they can send it with priority mail but they denied to do so. And I am also told not to involve in this process otherwise I am going to disqualify. it has been 5 months and I don't know what to do. Can someone please tell me what is the next step I should do?

Thanks for any input.

Usually once 6 months are up CGFNS will send everything to the BON and once they review it they usually get you to send any relevant missing documents straight to the BON and then they will make their assessment and decision

thanks for this information. It has been 5 months already and I can wait another month to see wht will happen. Hope BON take care of it rather than CGFNS. From my experience, I don't think CGFNS is an organization to help.

Thanks again.

Do you think If I asked CGFNS to send a letter with priority, will they do it?

I did try few times. One person said she is going to put a note to mail with UPS priority mail and other said they don't do priority mail. it is so confused.
