CGFNS Application Form Error?

Published

Hi! I'd like to ask a question regarding my application. I'm just a little bit worried about the mistakes. So, I recently registered in CGFNS and ordered the credential verification for NY state and I finished the whole process. I had the print outs (Authorization for Validation of Registration/License & Authorization for Validation of Academic Records/Transcripts) and I found out that the attendance dates on the forms I printed were different from what I encoded (only the 'attendance dates' part). The month and the year were correct, it's just that the day was there and the day stated was wrong. What I only saw while encoding the data needed for when I attended and finished my schooling on the site was only the month and the year, I did not see any day. So I was quite surprised when I saw the form I printed out. So, should I be worried about this? Or is this just completely fine? What should I do? Thank you so much for your help! :)

Hi. I can see that you've posted this 2014, it's 2018 now and I'm dealing with the same issue. I have looked around and this is the only post addressing that issue. Would you be so kind to tell how it went with you? I sincerely hope you'll reply. Cheers.

Usually with CGFNS changes need to be submitted in writing
