CES report about to expire

Hallo kindly assist,I was issued CES professional report last year October and is about to expire.I recently managed to make and application with Texas BON and submitted finger prints and done jurisprudence exam.my question is that will they still consider my CES report.... because it's been 3 weeks now since I submitted the application by my CES update is still pending

Per the Texas BON's website:

"Application Submission Electronic Submission Required.

Each CES Provider Applicant shall submit one (1) electronic copy of the Application via email to the e-mail address provided below. The electronic copy should be submitted in Microsoft Office® Formats (Word® and Excel®) or in a format that may be read by Microsoft Office® Software. Any documents with signatures shall be submitted as an Adobe® Portable Document Format (PDF) file. The electronic copy of the Application shall be submitted via email to April Liwanag at [email protected] with the subject line: BON CES PROVIDER APPLICATION.

Please allow up to thirty (30) calendar days for review of a submitted application..."

Perhaps you should try to reach someone at the Texas BON?
