I did the Mosby one and found it good. Good luck - if you have a few years experience, you'll do just fine!

I, too, am preparing to take the exam. I hope the review course I am going to is going to help. I have another question concerning certifications and education in general. Does your facility pay or are you on your own. I, for one, am on my own. I found out today that my hospital won't pay for the review course because it is in another state and they aren't going to pay for the certification because there isnt a class before the test.

Our hospital doesn't pay for the test per se...but if you belong to ENA, its cheaper, plus if you take it and pass it my hospital gives you a $500 bonus/year to maintain it...

I used Emergency Nursing Examination Review.
by Joanne Noone, Laura Gasparis Vonfrolio
she has both the review book and tapes. I used audio tapes
they were Great and she is very funny to listen to. Try
them I think you will agree.
Can I come to work with you?? We don't get jack for maintaining anything.
sure, always looking for good nurses...
