CCSF Fall 2022

same here... I've been checking ccsf and personal email and just havent received anything from them. 

For those who sent your official transcript to their email, did you receive a notification that the PDF hasn’t been downloaded yet? 

I sumbitted my official transcript through parchment and ATI through the website itself ? Is that how we were supposed to do it ?

I got notification that they were read all 4 of the transcripts individually LOL 

@181 I've only received notification about my transcripts being received, but these confirmations came from the third-party I used to electronically send my transcripts. I've only received one notification about a transcript being downloaded and viewed by CCSF Nursing Dept.

I'm a little worried about my TEAS transcript though -- I went to drop-in advising yesterday and they didn't have any record of my TEAS transcript. Not sure if this is because I sent my transcript directly to the Nursing Dept.'s email..? But I went ahead and emailed the dept. chair today for guidance, as the Nursing Dept. is closed until Monday, 6/27.

How can you see if your transcripts were read?

As long as you gave it enough time to mail and followed their instructions in the email, it should be okay?

Thank you for your reply. I’ve received a notification through the third-party site that the nursing program haven’t downloaded it a few days ago so I re-sent the notification, but I didn’t get any news that they received it. It’s a little scary now that we’re so close to the deadline. Would it be okay if they didn’t download it yet as long as we sent it before the deadline? 

I got a confirmation from parchment that my official transcript was received and viewed by ccsf . Did you guys also use parchment??

I believe I used the same thing. I went through the schools website directly and believe it told me it was successfully received by them and the ATI was sent directly to the school from the ATI website. They better not play with me LOL an I did that the same week I found out soooo. LOL

@181 Yeah, I think it should be fine! I only received one email confirmation about one of my transcripts being downloaded and viewed by CCSF's Nursing Dept., and I sent a total of five -- the advisor I met with on Thurs. confirmed that four have been received. So I wouldn't stress, as long as you sent all transcript before the deadline. 

If it makes you feel any better, the Director of the Nursing Dept. responded to my email and told me not to worry about my TEAS transcript, they will check on Monday as their office was closed at the end of last week.
