CCRN

Took and passed the CCRN exam today. I just wanted to let anyone who's interested in taking it know that I prepared by only watching the Laura Gasparis VonFrolio CCRN review DVD's. I just watched them once through over the past couple days. Never really even studied. Just watched her videos and took some notes. I bought a CCRN review book a while ago, flipped through and thought "this is too dry". So, I heard on this site that her videos were good. There're not just good; they're excellent. She makes everything seem so simple. The only thing she didn't cover was the synergy model b/c this is so new to the exam, and her videos were taped some years back. The videos are kinda expensive, but I found and bought mine on ebay at a reduced price. They are well worth any price, b/c if you are an experienced ICU nurse like me, you already know alot of the material. You just need some one to put it all together for you and point out whats important for the exam. Hope this helps anyone interestd in taking it. Julie :D

Great system. I too only studied the DVDs and book that came with them. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately, I didn't have the book, but just the DVD's alone are awesome.
