hello sunshine304! i personally go to rate my professor it is a website that has really helped me. most of the comments are really helpful and most of the time you can get a feel for the instructor by other people comments.

2nd ratemyprofessor.com with a word of caution- it has been my experience that a lot of the negative reviews come from students who either have unreasonable expectations (ie that the professor should make the class easy rather than teach the material well) or who might not be the best prepared for the class. I noticed that there was a sizeable portion of my classmates who saw the professor's role as making the subject easy for them, not being too challenging with tests, and making allowances for the fact that the students had a lot of time-consuming responsibilities outside of class.

This was not everyone of course, and some of the negative reviews are definitely accurate and fair IMO, but just read them with a filter and a little bit of skepticism. If you want to pm me, I'd be happy to answer any questions about professors if I can- I've taken all of my nursing prerequisites at CCP.
