cath lab work in florida

Hi

I am a UK RN, have passed NCLEX and nearly have visa screen.

Have 9 years cath lab expereince, looking to work in a cath lab in Florida.

Does anyone know of any hospitals that sponsor foreign nurses in this area.

Any suggestions would be great

Thanks

You are looking for a facility to "petition" for you, not sponsor you. They have two completely different meanings over here. Sponsorship is what we called it when temporary work permits were still availalbe for nurses. And many unfortunate porblems arose from that. Plus way too much paperwork that needed to be done by the hospital, most needed astaff of three to handle all of the work.

Petitioning only involves signing and giving a couple of papers to the attorney to take care fo everything else.

The Florida Hosptial Group does, not sure where in Florida that you wish to work.
