Case management

I currently work at a local hospital on a medsurg floor. I've recently been offered a job as a case manager for a home health company and my job is only to handle the clients with developmental disabilities. My case load would be around 40 but they want us to grow it. I'm not sure if I should take the job or not. Wanting some advice

All depends on your wants, needs, and preferences. What are your thoughts?

Why are you not sure you should take the job? Need more information than this.

I'm not sure about taking the job bc I know hospitals can offer more benifits but also bc I know nothing of being a case manager and wonder if I'll even like it.
