Careplan help!!!!

Please tell me what would be a nursing Diagnosis for a women who had lady partsl first degree laceration during childbirth?

My intervention would be actually towards her whole body but I need to be specific. :uhoh3:

Thanks in advance

generally speaking, the experienced nurses on this forum do not do homework. I recommend your textbook. Sorry, but I just feel you need to learn on your own so it will stick. Please don't be upset if you do not get many responses.

how about alteration in comfort due to cervical lac or potential for urine retention due to discomfort with urination, even risk for decreased mobility due to cervical lac

just thinking off top of my head

 Hi! I don't know how much help this will be but you could try Impaired Tissue Integrity, Risk for Infection,& Risk for Post-Trauma Syndrome. I am just a lowly student, however, I am willing to help if I can at all. Good luck on the care plan!!:)

I personly think you should put your self in that position. what do you think would happen to you if you had a tear there?

I personly found that peeing onto a towel was less painful.
