So I'm a first semester nursing student (hooray!) and have been doing well with all the exams and skills, but these care plans are just killing me. I'm doing one now for a copd patient with a nursing diagnosis of ineffective airway clearance r/t bronchconstriction.. Does any one know what I can use for a short term outcome? It has to be measurable by the end of the shift. Any tips or advice would be great!
