Have you contacted your instructor for assistance or reached out to classmates? They are going to have a better understanding of the actual assignment. Good luck!

Yes, I've emailed my instructor and waiting a reply I was just hoping somoene here would be able to steer me in the right direction of how to do a Care Plan.

Grab a Mosbys Nursing Diagnosis pocket guide. It's an awesome tool! It has nursing diagnoses and and some goals that would progress the patient towards recovery. This might be helpful to you with your care plans.

Thank you

Start mastering careplans the EC way now. This is gonna be crucial to you passing the CPNE. Ask your instructor for clarification on things you don't understand. Get a nursing disgnosis book and get used to using it. There are tons of books and courses out there that teach careplanning but be cautious of what you use because EC wsnts things done a certain way for the CPNE.
