we are now moving into cardiac for the new couple lectures problem is i need help remembering the cardiac cycle, the whole anatomy, the flow of the blood etc. its not coming easy for me. i need either a good video or some antonyms to help me rememeber this information. how did you remember this information? any tips would be awesomme!

also see if you can get your hands on the anatomy coloring book and the physiology coloring book. these are not jokes but real textbooks (that you can really color) that are wonderful for people who need extra ways to learn and remember. my students used to love them. you can download them or buy hard copies from your favorite online bookseller.
