Can you pass when getting low level quest wrong?

Hi there, anyone out there pass nclex-rn and obviously got basic knowledge questions wrong? You know the supposedly lower level questions. I tested today and ran out of time at 245 but can recall a few (what i would consider lower level quest) wrong. I really don't know what to think.

Hi,

I haven't ever been able to figure out how one knows what a low level question is? What you might think is difficult might be easy for me and what I might think is hard might be easy for you!

Try not to stress too much and good luck.

What i mean by low level are the questions that ask things like "what would be a s/s of cushing's syndrome? Or how can the nurse determine if the equipment is malfunctioning? Those type of things, I feel like those are the type of questions they think every nurse grad should know. However, it's easy to get a little thrown off especially when you're nervous even if you know the answer. But you are right what seems easy to one indivdual might be difficult to the next and vise versa. I just hope i was above passing on my last 60 quest considering i ran out of time.
