Call PagerPay

I am curious to what the going rate for IR Nurses/techs for carrying a pager--

I'm in an urban area, level 1 trauma center, 650 beds. We are paid $2.25/hr- this has not changed in YEARS. This does not seem market competitive- though our compensation people say it is.

Can you tell me:

$/hr for pager

Size hosp/trauma center

State you live in--if willing

    OR not radiology. We get $2/hr to be on call. Hasn't changed in at least 20 years. About 600 beds, level 2 trauma center. Mid Atlantic state.

    Thanks...or OR makes $4 and specialty OR $5--so the inequity in our building makes people very unhappy!

    Our call pay is across the board- same for every person who takes call.
