CA to Houston,TX...looking for good LVN programs.

I'm planning on transferring from Los Angeles, CA to Houston, TX very soon and I am having a hard time finding LVN programs. I want to become an LVN first and then move onto the RN program. The bridge program (LVN-RN), essentially. Any suggestions on schools with a good LVN program in Houston or around the general area?

Any responses are much appreciated!

Lone Star College has a LVN as well as an LVN to RN transition program at all of their locations.

I think Houston Community College as well as Alvin Community College offer those programs as well but don't hold me to that as I have not researched any of their programs.
