Brookhaven ADN Spring 2020

Hello everybody! I will FINALLY be applying for Brookhaven for the Spring 2020 entrance. I have watched previous forums to see what to expect and I'm excited but nervous. Are there any students here enrolled in the concurrent enrollment through Brookhaven and Texas Tech? I hope to hear more from you guys as we go through this process!

I don't mind any information I get . I am yet to take my hesi and dosage calculation and thinking of taking pharmacology this summer if possible. but I feel talking all this in summer might just be too much to handle. just thinking.

I'm taking pharm and chemistry right now @ MVC. If you're not going to be taking another heavy class besides that pharmacology this summer, I would take it. I will be doing the TT concurrent enrollment class, AP 1 and I MIGHT retake AP 2. I haven't decided on that yet. There's a great group you can go to on FB that is great if you need help to pass your HESI.

I also will be doing my dosage calculations this summer as well so I'm going to be doing quite a few things to get most of this out of the way and keep last minute things from creeping up on me. Plus I'm applying to El Centro (North Lake) so my summer is booked. Literally! lol

go girl I like that sprite. please can you help me with FB page that I can get help with my hesi I really need all the help I can get . and also what do i need if I want to apply for the TT concurrent enrollment too.

everything but my pharmacology, dosage calculation A&p and Hesi exam. but think of doing all 3 this summer if I can.

Very good! I've gotta take my dosage calculations and retake A&P (dreading both lol) but its part of the process so I won't complain.

I failed my AP 1 when I retook it last year and most nursing programs (included DCCCD nursing programs) want the last grade you received in the class (not the highest grade), even if its failing. So in order for me to have a 3.00 GPA for Brookhaven and satisfy my AP 1 requirement for El Centro (North Lake), I have to retake it.
