HERE is the solution!!!!
1st, contact your nursing department secretary. (this is what i did)
2nd she told me to upload my license (scan your license and upload) and a short letter just stating that i have made an error and i mistakenly answered incorrectly.
everything worked out. This may be different since i am in California, and yes it asks if you have a license/certificate, so if you are a cna you will have to let them know. For me, we use breeze. I logged into my breeze account and there was an option to "upload additional information". I hope this helps. By fixing this, i received my att just like my classmates, i do not know the repercussion if you dont however, therefore, i hope this info helps.
example:
Application Number: 3.5-5.0
Application Date: 04/03/2018
To whom it may concern:
I, (insert name), do hold a CNA license. I mistakenly answered No under the question "Have you ever been licensed as an LVN or any health-care related license/certificate in California?". I would like to fix this mistake by providing a statement that I have health-care related certificate in California and therefore change my response from no to yes. I will additionally upload my certificate issued by the state of California. I do apologize for the inconvenience thank you in advance.

Hi,
I submitted my BRN application 3 weeks ago, and just now I realized that they asked on the application (under the conviction section) if I have any health care license - and I do have my CNA.
Do you think they will reject my application because of that missed information?
Also, do you know when they would deposit the check that I sent?
Thanks!
