British nurse

Good evening all,

It has been quite a while since I have been here and I am still not at all sure that I am actually doing this right. I am at present working in an accident & emergency department in the role of prevention of admission and also rapid response in trying to stop them getting as far as te hospital and managed in the community.

The reason I am writing is to see if anyone uses or knows of a tool that can be used in managing risk. I would be grateful for any replys.
