BP dilema

I have a client who needs to self-monitor BP & HR, problem is Rt arm restricted R/T lymph node, Lt arm restricted by surgeon as she is post pacemaker. She has a difficult time doing the leg even though we set the cuff to slide off and on. Any input on using a wrist device would be appreciated.:nurse:

I do know a person that has a wrist BP monitor. It is easy for him to use and he checks it against his doctors office Bp cuff every time he has an appointment. He says it is just as accurate. He purchased his at the drug store.
