Hi everyone, they just called me yesterday and told me there is a one more seat available and if I want to accept it, of course I said yes! I missed the orientation. They sent me all these paper works. The COMPLIANCE forms I submitted already. How about the forms for health, drug screen, the uniforms and book. Is the clinical starts this Fall Semester or Spring Semester? Thank you!

You need all the paperwork by the time school starts. Make sure they hook you up with castlebranch which is where you’ll need to upload all these forms. Castlebranch will generate a paper you’ll take to a drug screening lab (lab Corp) 

a lot of people weren’t able to get quick doc appointments last year so a lot were late w all the testing. Also for the the tuberculosis test, get the QuantiFERON-TB Gold (QFT) don’t waste your time w the skin patch test. Try getting in touch w a class mate. Good luck
