Where do you get a copy of the bkat?

I had an email address at one point and web site, but lost them. :o

Anyone have the address or know where to get a copy of it?

We might call it something different but what is Bkat???

It is like a basic assessment test, or something like that, given for critical care. I had access to get a copy of the test and I lost the contact info.

I believe this is what it is called.
