If you could pick I would go per diem so you can adjust your work schedule according to your classes and clinicals. I would love to go per diem but can't because my job now has medical & dental benefits & my husband's job does not. So I'm' working 3-11 & will be in grad school soon, but all my classes meet one day a week (all day long) so I luckily only have to request not to be scheduled on Wednesdays. Good luck deciding what works best for you.
