Been a long time!

Greetings all! Yes yes yes...long time I know! But glad to be back, even if it will be infrequently.

Okay for those who know me, I got a job in Med/surge tele and code teams and have been doing the 'grind' as they say. I really rather like my hospital and job...and the Docs are awesome! It took almost a year but I am now a very respected member of the RN community now in our area, and although I could be administration in my hospital, I choose to be the worker bee that actually touches and treats patients!

NO, not much of an opportunity to teach much (which was my hopeful dream), but I do get students about once a week, and still have the flair to teach through humor and common sence! I love it!

Looking forward to posting...and huggles to those that remember me!

Oh man...can't figure out how to put a pic back up...grrrrrrr! LOL!

No, I didn't die...but did have some time to try to find a new job, the sudden and still unexplained death of my best friend, a few computer crashes, and the fact my kids grew up while my hubby grew down and uses the computer more than even they do...LOL!!!!!! I am left being the last on the list for computer time! And that is with two computers! Oh yeah, and that pesky mom and RN thing I do daily! LOL!

Oh yeah..that pic with the glasses in black and white...oh honey that was me taken the day I got my letter saying I passed the boards and was an RN! LOL!
