BCIT September 2020 Intake

I didn’t get any letter yet. TBH, I’m not sure if I want it to come or not ??. I’ve checked my communications and the actual email.

I haven't gotten anything yet either! My application still says "pending department review", does anyone know if rejections have gone out yet?

My application still also says “pending department review.” Im assuming that the status won’t change until you are accepted or rejected.

I got shortlisted too! What are you guys applying with and is it your first time applying?

On my application, I have work experience at the hospital as a receptionist for about 7 months, a supervisor for 2 years and volunteering at BC Childrens for about 3 years! It is my first time applying as well! How about you?

Pre-requisites:
Chem 11: 90%
A&P: 85%
English: 67%
Psychology: 4.0
Business M: 3.3
Chinese: 83%

I also took both libs in advance!

Where do I receive the admin’s decision? I checked the BCIT email, as well as “my communications,” and nada. ? Should I check somewhere else? I just hope I haven’t been missing important info from them all this time ?

I had to google "myBCIT email" and log into that to see the email! Did you try that?

On the general information page it says that all applicants will be notified of their final status by Feb. 28, so does that mean we'll know if we've been accepted, rejected or waitlisted by then?

Seems quite early compared to past years (or what I can tell from reading past forums) but that's exciting if that's what they mean ?

I got accepted for the April 2020 cohort and I found out a week and a half after the quiz deadline (oct 16th). ? I think the process has became quicker since they’ve added the CASPer in! But yes, everyone knew their status by the end of the month...for us it was by oct 31st.
