Baylor?

Does CA have baylor? We have a few different versions here in OK. We have modified, and true. Modified means an 11% increase on top of base pay requiring 24 hours to be worked on weekend and 12 hours to be worked sometime during the week. True Baylor is 24 hours worked on the weekend but you get paid for 36.

Anyone?

Not really. My hospital used to have a weekend option, but they actually stopped doing it, and as the nurses who quit or transferred from weekend option left, they did not replace it. They all view it that nurses have to do every other weekend, and usually some are willing to pick up extras on the weekend, so there's not a need for it.
