I am thinking of applying at a SNF/LTC. I'm wondering what to put for the area they ask you about pay, the low/high end you would like. I have had my license 14 months and working 1yr at my current position I was highered with no exp at $20. Does anyone know the low/high for LVN in a SNF/LTC.

$20-$25/hr is a fair rate to request in the South Bay area for an LVN staff position in Skilled Nursing/LTC. Ask about differentials for evening, night and weekend shifts as this could make your actual pay much higher.
