Why not follow the advice you were given 2 years ago when you asked exactly the same question about a different interview?

Have a look at the national Cancer strategy and do some research about where your department is in line with the strategy. This will give you a base to start from.

Look at QI methodology and try to include this in your presentation

Thank you for your help! The hospital trust don’t currently have a gynaecology Macmillan nurse at the moment to speak to as they’ve retired. All I know is the hospital are behind so there’s quite a bit of work to do.
