Band 6 interview presentation help!

Hi everyone, I'm new here and think it's fab!

I'm looking for a bit of advice for my interview presentation. I have a Band 6 interview for Deputy Sister of a new Emergency Short Stay Unit. As part of the interview I have to do a powerpoint presentation on what challenges I may encounter on a new Emergency Short Stay Unit, and how I think I would overcome them. :banghead:

I'm not sure if it means challenges in general, or challenges because the ward is new. . .

Any ideas/advice would be massively appreciated!
