Band 6 interview in ED

HELP!!!!

i have applied for a band 6 job within a busy emergency department and have got myself an interview. I have previously applied for this post but was not sussesful. I was told my last presentation was good but I needed to not overload my slides.

i needed help with this question (look below)

INTERVIEW REQUIREMENTS:

Please prepare a 5 Minute presentation discussing how we can achieve HEI Standards Compliance with a busy Emergency Department.

sorry, I don't know what a "band 6" job is or why you have to present slides, unless this relates to this "band 6" job?
