150.00 background

I live in Texas. I got in trouble 3 times when I was younger (5years ago) I receive a letter saying they needed documents I sent and included another charge that didn't come up,(trying to be honest), well today I'm told I have to send 150 for more investigation. Is there a chance I'll be turned down to sit for the nclex. I stole from Walmart and receive justified adjustafaction and i wrote a hot check with I paid in full. When I was 16 I got into a fight with a girl and received jvenville probation, in which they didn't ask me about I just told them. So what's the chances of being turned down

Each state is different. I'm sorry I can't offer much advice in regards to the Texas BON, but typically we suggest contacting a lawyer. You will want to make sure you chose one that has dealt with the BON before. It may cost you now, but being turned down by the BON will cost you in the long run. Good luck with it. I'm surprised your school didn't warn you about this.
