Hello, I thought I would start a thread for anyone that applied to AVC Rn program for spring 2020. I did and I’m trying to patiently wait.

Hey! I also applied for Spring 2020. If you don't mind saying, how many points did you have? Good luck, I hope you get in!

I only have 50 points ? How many do you have?

The nursing counselor said that 45 is usually a good amount of points to have and they take more people in spring than they do in fall! I had 70 points. (:

Really?! That makes me feel so much better!!! ? I was beating myself up on it getting an A on the teas. I got an 86. You should definitely be good then!!!! ? I was told that November they will start notifying those that got in.

Yay November is sooner than I thought, I wonder how much time they will give us to turn in our physical exam documentation and everything, in spring my sister only had like 3 weeks.

Yeah I was thinking December so hopefully November! Yes that is what I heard that they don’t give a lot of time to get everything together.

When I asked ****** a few weeks ago she said letters would go out right after Thanksgiving!

Awesome!!! Thank you!!!! Now I won’t be checking my mail all November wondering if I got in or not ?. Is this your first time applying?

I applied a longggggggg time ago...Still waiting ?

Oh man I’m sorry to hear that. Hopefully you will get in this go around! Do you mind sharing how many points you have? And are you on a waiting list?

You guys should see if you need your Hep A series in advance! I made an early physical exam so I can get titers tested.

That’s a great idea! I’ll see if I can’t get a hold of someone there to check. Thank you.
