Autralian PR

I am a Registered nurse in the U.K and i would like to obtain Australian PR and AHPRA registration as i am planning to move to that country in future. I understand that i may require to do the Bridging Programe in Australia despite being RN in the U.K as i am trained outside E.U.

Am I eligible to apply for Australian PR while i am in the U.K.? I wonder if anyone could guide me in this regard.

P.s - i have a valid IELTS and more than 3 months exp in NHS hospitals.
