I downloaded each app and used adobe to type on the form.

I didn't think anyone was on campus to accept the application. I was told email was the only option.

What about my English math psyc and bio for the lpn program application.. I’ve done all of the ones for the ADN so how do I go about filling out this one.. doesn’t the upper classes triumph over the 1010

Yes, the English, math, psyc, and bio for ADN will be used in place of the ones for lpn. The only thing you would fill out differently on the lpn application would be the BIO portion line #5. What were your grades for Bio 2111 and 21112 if you don't mind me asking.

Also, did you take medical terminology (ALHS 1090)?
