Audiobooks

I was wondering if anyone has come across any educational nursing related audiobooks? I have an hour commute to my work every morning and every evening so I want to be able to do something productive with my time. I'm still a fairly new RN (a year and a half), so I'm sure any audiobook recommendations will be appreciated! Thanks!

    Lots of ebooks have a "Text to Speech" (or TTS) feature that allows them to be read to you. I bought cheap versions of etextbooks on Amazon for Medsurg, Peds, and OB and listened to my iPhone read them to me on my long commute.
