Att?

Where can I find this ATT (authorize to test)?

Is it the confirmation letter that Pearson sends through e-mail? I'm suppose to take ATT with me on the day of my NCLEX exam but I can't seem to find it. Please help..I feel so stupid to even ask this question. I mean, do I just print out the confirmation letter that Pearson sent me through email or there's suppose to be a different form?
