ATT in CA 2014

Published

Hello all. I wanted to know how long it took those in CA to get their ATT. I have searched on here for a thread and haven't really found what I was looking for. If you could please let me know when you applied and when you got your ATT that would be awesome! I applied June 6th and still nothing. Paid Pearson Vue and checked with them to see if they have received any info from the BRN and nope. I've tried calling the BRN but its always busy and they say to wait 6-8 weeks before calling. I'm going crazy over here trying to study because I lack motivation with no testing date:down:. Any help/insight would be so amazing right now.

Took me 6 weeks exactly to get it

I graduated in may and registered at the end of that month. Got my att in about five minutes via email. Most of my classmates got it just as quickly

Hi ~

A few things come to mind to see if you can obtain your status with BON. First, can you log into the BON (Breeze) website and see your status? Their new computer system is able to show your current status "pending" or if information is needed, etc. Do you know for sure your school sent your transcripts and school roster for your graduating class? Lastly, not sure where you live, however, I applied to the BON in April (via online) and then I saw my status "pending" a few weeks later on Breeze. However, then I received correspondence from BON asking for additional "hard copies" of my completed forms - so I contacted them (as you said it took numerous times as their phones are busy - try calling first thing in the morning 8-9am). Overall, the woman on the phone said if I wanted to save atleast three weeks processing time; I could drive up to Sacramento and bring the paperwork. I did so, and my application was finalized on my part (they still needed my school's transcripts which they received early June after I graduated).

I received my ATT on June 15th... Hope this helps and you get your ATT soon. :)

On Breeze it says pending and they have everything because other classmates have took NCLEX already. They applied 3 months before they got their ATT but it was also before the school sent our transcripts out. I couldn't apply that early because I didnt have the money for it. I'm in CA and heard that they were backed up earlier this year but are not so behind now, not sure how true this is. Thank you so much I will try calling tomorrow early in the morning .

They received my app May 23, check cashed June 5, and I'm still waiting. The BRN isn't even accepting calls to check on the status. I tried calling today.

Hi ~ I don't believe BON is experiencing the tremendous delays I heard about last year when they went onto their new system (Breeze). I would call early in the morning (and keep trying - you will get through). If worse comes to worse, you may want to drive up to Sacramento to inquire face-to-face. When I went there, I expected it to be like the DMV - crowded, etc. Nobody, but a few people - quiet. If you decide to go there, bring your paperwork and ID -

When I called today there was a message that said they were experiencing a high volume of calls and they aren't able to answer. I tried a few times and got this recorded message each time.

Update: when I called today I got thru and they said my transcripts haven't been evaluated yet. They were sent at the end of May. The automated message saying they're not accepting any calls came up when I needed to call again on a different matter. So if you get this message keep trying. I called once every half hour until I could get past that automated message.

Finally received my Att today!

graduated late may, just received my ATT yesterday.. boo!
