Att authorization

Does anyone have a problem to getting an Att authorization?

I haven't got for one month now.

They don't even pick up the phone due to high volume. I called several days still can't contact them.

Anyone knows the reasons???

ATT are emailed by Pearson Vue once authorized by the board of nursing. Who are you calling? The only way Pearson issues an ATT is if you register & pay the $200 and the board of nursing authorized the release of an ATT

Have you made sure to check your spam folder in your email? Sometimes email filters will send important things with unfamiliar return email address to a spam or junk folder instead of the inbox. If it's not there, you can try this online contact form if you can't get through by phone.

I got the letter from the Board that I'm eligible for nclx exam a long ago. ( paid registration fee)

Then, I paid the $200.00 exam fee in Jan/2016 through the Pearson.

I was trying to call the Board by the phone. But it's hard to contact them. They are so busy!!!

Anyways, when I contact to Pearson the person told me that I need to contact to the Board about my att.

It's my second time to taking an exam.

I didn't have any problem before.

I already checked them. Nothing in there!

Thanks ;)

I heard it can take 10-12 weeks in CA to get ATT after submitting the application. I sent my application during 1st week of October and got my ATT on December 26th! I thought getting the ATT took a long time but getting my license issued is turning into a whole new waiting game ... going on week 3 after my test!! Hope you get it soon!
