ATI Testing for RN School

Featured Replies

You can buy a book and a sample test on the ATI web site.

Do you mean the TEAS test? Or are you talking about the ATI tests that you do while you are in school testing you on each subject?

My nursing program provided the books to us each semester for us to study from. What year of nursing are you in? I could send you my old books when I am done with them. I am done with Nursing in one more semester!!

email me privately.

For the TEAS test, buy the ATI teas study guide and the practice tests online. Take one practice test without studying and then do the other practice test after you have gone through the book and studied to see your improvement.

Keep in mind that when you buy the two pack of online tests you actually take the same test twice!

ATI sucks... it wasn't relevant enough to the Nclex when I took it 6 years ago. Maybe I'm wrong or something has changed..

For me it was beneficial because I took them 6mos apart. If you are doing them a week apart, then no, I guess it wouldn't be helpful. But, then again, it's not like you are studying the answers to the test. Anyway, I found it helpful.

The online tests they provide you with are very sub-par compared to the actual tests I felt. Not to mention there were a number of questions on the TEAS that were very sloppy. I'm in a hurry trying to take an exam. I shouldn't have to pause to figure out what the question writer wanted to ask had they used a better publishing editor.

Dont buy the book waste of time and money
