Asthma case study help

Hi, I need help in listing 5 nursing assesments (besides ABC) that should be undertaken and what I hope to learn from each assessment once the patient arrives at the ED.

She is a 35yo woman in serious respiratory distress and is clearly having trouble talking. She has a high pitched, non-localised wheeze and states she is having a bad asthma attack.

Does anyone have any ideas that could help?
