Army Reserves and Night Shift

Anyone works night shift (7p-7a) enlisted or commissioned in the Army Reserves? I am getting out of active duty Army (11B) with a job lined up. The job is night shift with rotating weekends and holidays. If I choose to transition from active to reserve, how bad would it be, considering my sleep cycle, time with my small children, etc?

I have BSN and active RN license, but I would have to go enlisted at first before commissioning to avoid break in service. Would the unit allow me to do 'drills' on weeknights? I'm aware I would still go during the day(s) for range, field, training, etc. Around Chattanooga, TN area, are there USAH or CSH? What about other services like AF and Navy reserves?
