By general classes do you mean classes like Med/Surg or Pharmacology? It really depends on the school, but usually LVN-RN bridge programs take off a year from that school's traditional RN curriculum. But being an LVN will not exempt you from having to take pre-reqs like A&P and Microbiology.

yes general education prereqs are still required after LVN to get RN

A RN school that's not specifically a bridge for LPN to RN might give you credit for Nursing I, but probably not anything else, but it depends on what work experience you might bring, too. This sheet of typical college courses required for RN is pretty true, regardless of whether you are looking at a diploma, associate, or BS degree http://www.sharonregional.com/pdfs/required-college-courses_new.pdf and of course BS will require more courses. I examined curricula of several schools for RN and some add speech, or a computer class, or freshman study skills for success, or algebra, or ethics. BS will add abnormal psych. Schools differ whether they want med terminology, or whether pharma is a separate course or integrated with med-surge, psych, whatever.

added: It looks like you're in a for-profit school, instead of a college, so I'd probably expect that college or diploma RN programs won't accept the credits from your school, except for possibly Nursing I.

Since American Career College is not regionally accredited, you will need to take your general education courses and prerequisite classes at a community college or state university. RN completion programs will issue you a year of advanced placement for having the LVN license, but individual courses taken at ACC will not qualify for transfer credit.
